Since each drape is custom made, production typically takes a few weeks. After production, standard shipping delivery times apply. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.
You can request changes or cancellations before production begins. Once production has started or your order has shipped, changes usually cannot be made. Contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance
Custom drapes are made to your specifications and cannot be returned for a change of mind. If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our end, we will review and work with you to correct it.
